Palliative Care

We offer a comprehensive palliative care program in the comfort of your home. Our palliative care team is made up of Doctors, Nurses, Chaplains, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapist, and Medical Social Workers. These individuals will administer or oversee most of the ongoing comfort-care patients receive. 

Palliative care is whole-person care that relieves symptoms of a disease or disorder whether or not it can be cured. You can receive palliative care at any stage of a serious illness, whether that illness is potentially curable, chronic or life-threatening.
